Aims & Scope

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

JDMSSH publishes original papers and reviews covering all aspects of management, social science and humanities. The editorial objective of the journal is to facilitate knowledge enhancement related to studies in the following fields, but not limited to: Defence & Security, Strategic Management, Policy, Politics, History and other related Social Science subjects. All submissions will be reviewed at least by two reviewers in the field. The Journal is published bi-annually by the National Defence University of Malaysia (NDUM) Press.

First published as the ZULFAQAR: Asian Journal of Defence and Security in 2010; Later changed to ZULFAQAR International Journal Politic, Defence and Security (IJPDS) in 2014; Rebranded as ZULFAQAR International Journal of Defence Management, Social Science & Humanities (IJDMSSH) in 2018 and now known as ZULFAQAR Journal of Defence Management, Social Science & Humanities (JDMSSH).

SCOPE

The scope of ZULFAQAR Journal of Defence Management, Social Science & Humanities (JDMSSH) encompasses theoretical, empirical or policy oriented research articles, original research reports, reviews, short communication and scientific commentaries in the fields of defence social sciences, economics, business, management, law, political science, sociology, philosophy, ethics including both controversial and innovative ideas and detailed contributions from other directly related fields. All submissions will be reviewed at least by two peer reviewers in the field. The journal is published bi-annually by National Defence University of Malaysia (NDUM) Press.
